You will need...
- 120ml Pineapple Juice
- 50ml Ellis Honey spiced Rum
- 50ml Coconut Cream
- Wedge of pineapple (to garnish)
Method
Add all ingredients (but not the garnish!) to a blender with ice.
Blend up until smooth, and pour into a tall glass.
Garnish with your pineapple wedge and enjoy.
